Due to overwhelming demand this Marathon and some delays in finalisation of timing data, there has been an impact to our usual processing times for MiTIME inserts.

We began dispatching orders on Tuesday 20th October and expect to be finished by Friday 29th October, including those with updated addresses. We use the Australia Post untracked service and send from Melbourne, so we anticipate all recipients that have pre-ordered should begin receiving inserts shortly. International orders may take anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on the location and local postage service/relationships with our domestic carrier. Orders will be dispatched to the address held on file by the organiser at the conclusion of the event.

If you are still yet to receive by the 8th of November 2026, please drop an us email at [email protected] with your full name, address, event/category, participant/bib number and finalised time and we'll work on arranging a recut. If you've an international order, please note that additional delays outside our control may impact delivery timeframes.
